The Armada TSTw is always a favorite ski for women looking for a ski that surfs great in powder and that can rail turns on the frontside of the mountain. EST (Elf Shoe Technology) Rocker uses rocker in the tip of the ski for excellent flotation and quick turn initiation. The Taper in the tip of the TSTw provides a hook-free feeling in the fresh snow. Armada's Hybrid Ultra-Light Core uses a combination of lightweight woods, with hardwood laminates underneath the binding platform to create an ultra-agile feeling that is damp underfoot for fatigue free skiing and stability at top speed. The Laminate Matrix has directional layers of fiberglass that keeps the flex easy, but the torsional strength high for extra responsiveness. If you are one of the gals that will charge it in the powder, and will not slow down on the groomers for anything, the Armada TSTw is the perfect ski for you.

Hi I'm Julie. I just got off the Armada TSTw. I give this ski a 3.5 out of a 5 star rating. It's really designed for an advanced to expert level skier, that's really looking to ski soft snow. The way that this tip profile is designed it does float up on top of that softer powder really nicely and easily. I do find that this ski in particular gets a little lappy in the tip it feels like when you're on hard packed conditions. It does hold an edge fine so there is sidewall construction under the foot that you are holding your edge but it is just kind of a weird feeling for that tip chatter.

Hi I'm Jess, and I just got off the Armada TSTw. I would give this ski a 5 out of 5 stars. Absolutely one of my favorite skis of the day. It's an advanced to expert level ski with a little bit of a wider underfoot so it's really great for a little bit of soft snow, some powder if thats what you're looking to do. It handles really great out in the trees and its still grips and rips pretty hard on a groomer. A little bit of rocker in the tail makes it able to kind of cut through anything and everything that you encounter all over the hill. Absolutely one of the best skis of the day, the Armada TSTw.
