Sticking to high grade 7075 aluminum with a large 18mm shaft it would take a pretty gnarly crash to take out the Legion and because it is high grade aluminum it's also super light weight. The Legion also gets the benefit of being the perfect park or backcountry pole with an interchangeable basket system that includes a 60mm and 85mm basket so you will always be able to match the weather and where you are riding. Having done away with the one size fits all sizing the Legion also gets a much lighter weight one piece PU grip for better hand feel and a smaller size for easier grabs which all adds up to make the Legion the perfect go everywhere freestyle pole.
