The ARV 96 from Armada is the perfect ski for the all-mountain rider that will charge through the pow, hit the park, and will tackle any run on the mountain. Armada uses a Carbon Kevlar Strut stringers in the tip and tail for extra boosting power off of jump, and an extra spring into and out of turns. The ARV 96 is made with the Pop-Lite Core that has two different densities of wood. A lightweight wood to add extra pop to the ski, and a harder wood to keep you stable and smooth at fast speeds. Armada's Spin Tip lowers the swingweight of the ski to make your spins look super rad, and help you pivot the ski in tight trees for some deep turns. The 2.5 Impact Edge is thicker and stronger to reduce damage from rails, or rocks. The 96mm waist feels super playful when you are lapping the park, but will also keep you on top of the deep when it has been snowing, making the ARV 96 a one ski does it all for the progressive rider.

Very Fun, Strong, and Durable Ski
Comments:
I recently bought this ski and have been riding it for a few months now. I am an avid park skier and so far this ski has met and exceeded all of my expectations. It holds up great on the rails, and is very solid on jumps. I would very much recommend this ski.

Hi I'm Jeff. I just got off the Armada ARV 96, I give this ski 3.5 out of 5 stars. I really liked it, it was a great time. From turn to turn it just felt really fun and surfy because of how soft the tip and tail are; but right under your foot they give you just enough beef that it just has really good connection with hard snow. I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Steve. I just got off the Armada ARV 96, I give this 3.5 out of 5 stars. I loved the ARV in the past, but I just don't really think that this one lives up to the ARV name. I didn't really feel like it held its edge very well. Its turn shapes were very erratic and I just didn't really feel stable on the ski so I only gave it 3.5 stars.

Hey I'm Josh. I just got off the Armada ARV 96, like the name says 96mm underfoot. Camber underfoot, a little bit of early rise rocker in the tip and tail. A pretty solid ski, I'm going to give it 4 out of 5 stars. This would be for that freestyle minded, all mountain skier, someone who is intermediate to advanced or trying to push into that extra category. It held a nice, snappy edge for medium to long radius turns. It's definitely a freestyle oriented ski. Like I said, got some hard pack today, held a nice edge on the groomers and bounced around nicely in the trees and kind of chopped up snow. Like i said 4 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Jon. I just got off the Armada ARV 96, I give this ski a 4.5 out of 5 stars. I like this more than the 86, just because the width underfoot makes it a little bit more stable. This is good for that park rider, intermediate, advanced it's also a great all mountain ski. Great rocker tip and tail, and sidewall under foot so it holds very well in the hard pack.
