I'm Adam and I was just skiing on the Volkl RTM 81. 5 out of 5, this is such a great value. If you're an expert skier looking for something to carve on and you want something really nimble and playful, this is it. Even if you are a strong intermediate this makes a great ski for you, as long as you're heavy and you got the ability to push this ski around. It's very stable at any speed you want to take it and very maneuverable. 5 out of 5.

Hi this is Hans, I Just came off the Volkl RTM 81. It's 81 model number stands for is the width of the ski underneath the foot. So it's a ski that is a great carving ski, hard packed conditions. I give this ski a 5 out 5. It's definitely designed, you can put a good advanced skier on here all the way up to an expert and he will never outgrow this ski. Great ski especially mid-west, east, and groomers out west.

Hi I'm Steve. I just got off the Volkl RTM 81. I give this 5 out of 5 stars. This is my favorite ski in the Volkl RTM series. Volkl skis are strong and fast and very stable and this one is the epitome of that. You can do short turns, long turns, it's very quiet at high speeds. Has a amazing edge hold. It's the perfect frontside ski for that kinda guy who wants to go fast, charge hard, and really hold on to the ice and the hard packed snow extremely well.

Hi, I'm Troy. I just got off the Volkl RTM 81. This ski...extremely predictable. Smooth ski. Powerful. It skis like a Volkl. Extremely smooth. Really no vibration to it. You can put it on edge and ski it fast. I'm going to give this one probably a 5 out of 5 stars. It's a really great ski.

Hey it's Hunter here, just got off the Volkl RTM 81 and I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. If you're an east coast groomer shredder you're gonna be hard pressed to beat this ski. It's light underfoot, it's quick edge to edge, and it just likes to turn. If you like to point it and go fast and make medium to large radius turns maybe I'd look to something with a little more radius, like the Volkl RTM 84. But if you're a short groomer turner this thing rips.

Hey there this is Josh and I just got off the Volkl RTM 81. This is an awesome frontside carving ski. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. If you primarily stay on the groomed trails and you're that advanced to expert frontside carver, this is a great ski for you. Holds a great edge in long turns, is quick and snappy on the short turns. Allows you to zip and zap all over the front of the mountain. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars.

Hi I'm Kevin, I just got off the Volkl RTM 81. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. It was pretty good over all, it took me awhile to find the sweet spot. Unlike most skis these days where they like to be skied a little more forward, this ski really liked to be skied upright almost off the heel a bit. So if you have more of a classic stance skiing style, this would be a really good option for you. It's gonna be stable, predictable, very good edge grip through out the turn. But if you're a little more forward aggressive, the tip was very very erratic for me. Which I found kinda weird for Volkl. So good ski overall for that aggressive frontside skier thats got a real classic style.

Hi, I'm Thom. I just got off of the Volkl RTM 81. I'm going to give this guy a 4 out of 5 stars. Where the ski excels is in that kind of short, fall-line turn. It's real stable. Tons of edge hold but it's not for your guy who's going to open up the turn radius and take big, cruising arcs. It's really your kind of fall-line, very in-controlled skier. Anybody from an advanced-intermediate up through an expert level skier that's looking for that type of ski would be real happy here.

Hey, this is Tyler and I just got off of the Volkl RTM 81. I give it about 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great frontside carving ski. Very responsive, very powerful from edge-to- edge. Really helps you get back over on edge when you're making some big turns. Long turns, short turns, it's all really smooth with this ski. Anyone from an intermediate, advanced-intermediate on up is going to really enjoy this ski if they're looking for a good frontside carver.
