Hi I'm Kevin, I just got off the brand new Salomon X Drive 8.0 TI. I give this ski 5 out of 5 stars. Another great value from Salomon at an amazing price point. If you're a developing intermediate this ski will take you to the next level. Very stable, very smooth, very clean on edge, great edge grip, just a very nurturing ski that will take your skiing to the next level.

Hi I'm Ryan, I just got off the Salomon 80 TI. Give this ski 5 out of 5 stars. This ski is great for intermediate carver who is looking for a ski that likes to do short snappy turns. I had a lot of fun on it and there is a lot of energy in this ski if you're willing to put a little effort into it.

Hi I'm Thom. I just got off of the Salomon X Drive 80 TI. I'm gonna give this 5 out of 5 stars. For this type of ski it's really really fantastic. Anybody from an athletic beginner up through a solid intermediate skier could jump on this and really watch themselves improve as skier, almost instantaneously. It slides and smears carves for the less confident skiers but when you put it up on to edge it really holds, it carves a turn well. Anything from a medium to a small radius turn it's very comfortable with. But even on the longer radius it doesn't get too chattery which you do see in skis at this price pretty often. So it's a very versatile ski and it's really gonna be one that helps you improve as a skier.

Hi, I'm Troy. I just got off the Salomon X Drive 80 Ti. I really enjoyed this ski a lot. I'm going to give this one 5 out of 5 stars. I think it's for that advanced, intermediate to advanced-intermediate skier. It's really easy to work. It's extremely stable on edge. Definitely a great frontside ski for that intermediate skier that wants to get a little bit better. You can feel comfortable on it very easily.

Hey I'm Mike, I just got done skiing the Salomon X Drive 80 TI. I give this ski a 4 out of 5 stars. This has got a little bit a of metal in it, so it's going to be a little bit stiffer than the X Drive 80, but overall a very fun ski. I would say this is primarily intended for the intermediate skier. It holds an edge great at speed, carves really well. Can pretty much handle anything that you can throw at it on the frontside of the mountain. You can lean into it and it will drive and carve really nice. This would be a great all day ski, it's not gonna beat you up, it's pretty forgiving and it's very stable. So again the X Drive 80 TI, 4 out of 5 from Salomon.

Hi I'm Steve, I just got off the Salomon X Drive 8.0 TI. I give this ski 4 out of 5 stars. It was really a lot of fun and at $599 price, it was really easy to ski. The whole X Drive series was very snappy. The transition from one edge to the other was almost effortless. All you had to really do is roll the ski over, it was very stable. This would be a great ski for someone who's an intermediate that is looking to really get a lot better. You can definitely take this ski and go on the black diamond hills and learn to become a must better skier, it was very easy to turn.

Hey this is Jeff, I just finished skiing the Salomon X Drive 8.0. I give this ski a 3.5 out of 5. Definitely would be a good ski for somebody that's a intermediate to upper intermediate that wants to progress. For that skier I think they would really enjoy it. Little skittish for me, not really stable enough. So when you get going at speeds, so for a heavier skier or for a more aggressive skier or somebody that likes to ski fast, probably not the right ski for them. But definitely a great ski for somebody that wants to progress and wants to get better, Salomon 8.0 X Drive.
