Hi, this Hans. I just came off the Volkl Code Speedwall L. L standing for long radius turns. This is definitely a racer's dream. It's a detuned World Cup ski, with a speed side wall, me coming from a racing background, liking long, fast turns, this a 5 out of 5. On hard pack snow this is not a dream come true.

Hi, my name's Josh. I just got off the Code Speedwall L by Volkl. I give this ski 5 out of 5 stars. If you're a front side carver and like a ski that's going to be very stable at high speeds and great edge to edge, this is the ski for you. Held an awesome edge at speed and was extremely stable, once again, I give this ski 5 out of 5 stars.

This is Rick, just got off of Volkl Code Speedwall L. This is my favorite ski of the day for the front side of the mountain. Detuned GS ski, likes to make a lot of long, hard turns. You can lean into this as hard as you want and it won't give up on hard pack. Again, 5 out of 5 ski, stars. Awesome ski.

Hi, I'm Steve. I just got off the Volkl Speedwall L. I give this ski 4.5 out of 5 stars. Speedwall, speed is its middle name, it definitely loves to go fast. It's a strong, very stable, very good edge hold ski. Transition from edge to edge is very smooth, it likes to make big, long turns and it definitely likes to go fast. It had no chatter at high, high speed. If you're the kind of guy, ex-racer, just likes a strong, hard pack ski that can just grab, and hold, and rip any mountain, any run on any mountain, this is the ski for you.

Hi, this is Trey. Just got off the Volkl Speedwall Code L. Lot of stuff there, I'm going to give it 4.5 out of 5 stars though. This ski completely rips. If all you're doing is front side and want to be that racer guy laying down big, hard carves, this is definitely the ski for you. The thing I really liked about it though, was how forgiving it is transitioning between the turns. So, I'm not that big racer guy, yet I still felt like it, and so, I really appreciate that. Definitely focused on hard snow, you're not going to want this as your only ski, but if you had the money to spend to have a quiver, I think this should be in it.
