Hi. I'm Kevin. I just got off the Elam Amphibio 82 XTI. I give this 3, 3.5 out of 5 stars. For me, it was probably a little stiff. I'm a little on the lighter side. The length I ski in was a 68 which is a little bit shorter than I ski most skis. Normally I'm around like a 75 for this type of ski but with the two layers of metal in it, for me, I just feel I couldn't get the full amount of rebound and energy. I just couldn't load it up to maximum so I wasn't get the most out of this ski. It had a lot of edge grip. It was very stable, very smooth. So, if you're on the lighter side you probably definitely want to go down a size from what you normally would on this. But all around a good frontside carver. Like I said, for me, it was just a little too stiff.
